With two separate engines, the Lincoln Nautilus provides the performance you need. The standard turbocharged 2.0L I-4 engine produces 280 lb-ft of torque for plenty of gumption. If you wish to level up your vehicle’s performance, exchange the standard engine for the available Twin-Turbocharged 2.7L V6 engine that produces 380 lb-ft of torque.
The Lexus also offers multiple engines. However, the 2.4L engine only puts out 317 lb-ft of torque, while the 2.5L engine puts out even less.
The Lincoln Nautilus also provides features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Stop-and-Go, Intelligent AWD, and Auto Hold. While the Lexus RX has some similar features, it doesn’t offer Auto Hold.
